Access the estate through the grand wooden doorway leading to a lush tropical garden featuring a reflecting pond, palm trees and manicured lawn area. Then travel along the charming, pebbled walkway to arrive at the villa entrance where you will proceed down a beautiful travertine passageway. To the right of the walkway is the stunning royal palm courtyard offering views through the main living area straight to the Pacific Ocean beyond.

The great room is the heart of the villa. The open space features a large dining set for 14 guests and separate dining table for additional seating. Made for entertaining or gathering with friends or loved ones, the great room also offers a selection of generous couches and chairs, easily allowing 12 to 14 guests to be seated comfortably around the custom-designed coffee table.
