Situated on the prestigious Platinum Coast of Barbados, in the parish of St. Peter, this contemporary beachfront house is perfect for a luxury break. Stylish décor and clean lines work in harmony with this prime, beachfront location, offering the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation for up to ten guests.

Measuring over 1,250 metres square, the villa was designed by local award-winning architects Gillespie & Steel and uses some of the island’s most beautiful materials. The clever design brings the outside in with incredible views of the infinity pool and the sea beyond from the villa’s spacious, open plan living area.

The villa is gated to ensure total privacy, while combining modern comforts with stylish living. From the Boffi kitchen and designer furnishings – think Ralph Lauren and Christian Liaigre. There’s a state-of-the-art gym, glass-walled study and home cinema room, as well as access to a range of watersports equipment and a yoga pavilion.

The service is exemplary, too. A private cook can tailor menus and the house manager can arrange everything from dining at the island’s most exclusive restaurants, to sunrise yoga sessions and stand-up paddle boarding adventures.

Bedrooms

A double staircase with feature Verpan seashell chandelier leads upstairs to five spacious en suite bedrooms, some with four-poster beds; all with American oak flooring, Ralph Lauren bed stools and other unique design pieces.

Each bedroom has a walk-in dressing room, private terrace and luxury bathroom furnished with Hansgrohe rain shower, mosaic tiles from Ann Sacks and marble vanities The master suite’s large bathtub sits at the base of a floor-to-ceiling window offering sweeping garden views down to the beach.

Living room

The spacious open plan living area has calming neutral tones, pale limestone flooring and an impressive local coral feature wall.

Large windows emphasise the surrounding sea and pool views. Living and dining areas are furnished with designer pieces from names such as Maxalto, Christian Liaigre and Ralph Lauren, as well as a pair of B&B Italia sofas.

Kitchen & dining

The stylish Boffi kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, a large breakfast table and a wall-mounted TV.

Dining options included around the grand bespoke Whetstone Oak dining table or al fresco in one of two shaded dining areas A personal cook will tailor menus, using the designated chef’s kitchen.

Gardens

The sleek 25m mosaic-lined pool surrounded by limestone tiles and comfy sun loungers. Around 1.2 acres of landscaped gardens with palm trees, scented shrubs and a spice garden. Two shaded dining areas and a yoga pavilion. A pebbled path leads directly to a protected beach.

The villa is in the parish of St. Peter on the West Coast of the Barbados, a region called the Platinum Coast due to its sparkling waters and beautiful beaches. Grantley Adams International Airport is approx. 40 minutes’ drive from the house. Car hire or private transfers can be arranged.
