Hosting up to 16 guests in 8 large double bedrooms with access to an enormous hotel-like spa area, with both a large 12m indoor pool and outside pool, as well as sauna, jacuzzi, steam room & gym. 

It has privacy, luxury & security. It is also very close to the sea (closest port is less than 5 minutes away), allowing guests to enjoy all the water activities available in Mallorca. The airport is only 25 minutes away, however the villa also has a heliport for clients to arrive directly by helicopter from the airport.

The main living area occupies 100 square meters and is presided over by a large fireplace. On the upper floor is master suite with two bedrooms, dressing room and two bathrooms, with the floors all varnished oak. All on in area of 180 square metres. The opening to the exterior is also on the first floor. Great views can be enjoyed from a large bathroom, while a second suite completes the top floor.

The exterior is adjacent to a protected natural space. Tropical vegetation is prominent throughout the extensive garden. At the edge of the garden is a 17-metre pool as well as the tennis court, greenhouse and various walking paths.
