St Tropez Villa close to the Beaches of Tahiti, Pampelonne, des Salins and Canoubiers Bay

This St Tropez villa was designed by the famous architect François Vieillecroze, with interiors from well-known designer Gilles & Boissier. The property is a few minutes’ walk from St-Tropez, close to the beaches of Tahiti, Pampelonne, des Salins and Canoubiers Bay. The villa has a magnificent planted yard, designed by Derbez, with many olive trees.

The first floor entrance leads to a fully furnished living room with a 75’’ plasma screen and a working fireplace. The dining room is made up of a large table for 12 people and the fitted kitchen includes a cold room and a table for six guests. The large master bedroom comes with its own dressing room and a splendid bathroom. The whole floor leads to the covered terrace, outdoor dining room and a summer living room, which overlooks the 65-foot heated pool.

The ground floor features VIP bedrooms (including one dedicated for kids) and utility rooms. All have bathrooms and restrooms. The ground floor also offers a private library, a large wine cellar, a closed garage for two cars, bicycle and scooter and a laundry room. There are also eight outdoor parking spaces.

In the middle of the 60,000 square foot planted yard you will find the external infinity edge heated pool, the pool house with sofas and bar, the private bowls field and a relaxation area.

The villa offers A/C across the whole property, Wi-Fi, lights, alarm, roller shade, cameras, intercoms and telephones managed remotely by domotique, Sonos sound system, Canal sat (200 TV channels), Apple TV, Netflix and Blu Ray player.

There is a separate watchman’s house at the domain entrance with two guardians who have a car, dedicated to the property and in charge of hosting, breakfast service, laundry, house cleaning, garbage management, grocery shopping and technical assistance.
