Solara
Solara sits on a private stretch of beach on the Turtle Tail peninsula, on the quieter south side of Providenciales, a short drive from Grace Bay. Newly built and thoroughly contemporary, it frames the turquoise water through floor-to-ceiling glass and finishes its interiors in walnut, natural stone and Brazilian ipe.
The estate is split between two buildings. The main house holds five beachfront bedrooms, while a detached two-bedroom guest house has its own kitchen and living room, so grandparents, older children or a second family can keep their own rhythm. All seven bedrooms are en suite, with views of the ocean, lagoon or garden.
Outside, an 18 by 30-foot heated pool runs into an infinity hot tub, and the beach deck leads straight to the sand. There are three fire pits, an outdoor bar and, on the roof, a terrace with a projector for films under the stars or simply watching the sun go down. A lit pickleball court, yoga deck, indoor gym, paddleboards, kayaks and cruiser bikes keep the days active.
Thoughtful touches run throughout: a lift and step-free layout for wheelchair access, solar power with battery storage, and a gentlemen's bar. A chef, butler, housekeeping and concierge are on hand, and the pantry is stocked before arrival.
