Layout

The villa is developed on a plot of land with a total area of 5,342 m2. It has 10 suites with en suite bathrooms and three staff rooms.

There are eight bedrooms on the first floor. Four of these have sea views, while four have garden views. There are also three staff rooms on this level. There is a suite on the second floor, with another suite occupying the entire 3rd floor. Both suites feature unobstructed views of the sea.

The first floor has an area of 657 m2. In addition to the suites, there is a gym directly below the bottom of the pool, overlooking the sea and auxiliary staff areas.

The second floor has a total area of 608m2. This level hosts the main entrance, the lobby, the living room and the dining room, all laid out in an open-plan space with views towards the pool and the sea horizon. The kitchen area has a delightful atmosphere, while next to the dining room and the kitchen are the large living and dining areas. These areas can be converted from closed to semi-outdoor through a large folding glass curtain to the pool area overlooking the sea.
