Set on four private, wooded hectares bordering the protected area of the Conservatoire du Littoral and only 300 meters from the sea, the property offers an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking both shared moments and complete independence.

The estate features a main house and four independent apartments that are all fully equipped and offer a total of 10 bedrooms that comfortably host up to 20 guests. These spaces are thoughtfully arranged around a pool, tennis court, and pétanque court, creating a relaxed, village-like atmosphere.

Perfect for holidays or short stays, our estate is also well-suited for events, professional gatherings, or themed getaways centered around fashion, film, theatre, automotive or motorcycle culture, gastronomy, wine, and more. Whether you’re organising an event or simply looking for a peaceful escape, you’ll enjoy optimal comfort and tranquility.

With pedestrian access to both beaches and local shops, and a nearby bike path, guests can easily leave their cars behind and fully immerse themselves in the coastal lifestyle. Le Pradet is a charming seaside resort on the French Riviera’s Var coast, between Hyeres and Toulon. Stretching over 7km, it features wild coves and sandy beaches.

The rate is €3,880 per day including skipper and fuel. In July and August, the minimum rental period is one week at €8,500
