Set on 3.5 ha of Provençal private wooded land, bordering the protected area of the Conservatoire du Littoral and only 300 meters from the sea, the property offers an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking both shared moments and complete independence.

The estate features a main house and four independent apartments that are all fully equipped and offer a total of 11 bedrooms that comfortably host up to 22 guests. These spaces are thoughtfully arranged around a pool, tennis court, and pétanque court, creating a relaxed, village-like atmosphere.

Perfect for holidays or short stays, our estate is also well-suited for events, professional gatherings, or themed getaways centered around fashion, film, theatre, automotive or motorcycle culture, gastronomy, wine, and more. Whether you’re organising an event or simply looking for a peaceful escape, you’ll enjoy optimal comfort and tranquility.

With pedestrian access to both beaches and local shops, and a nearby bike path, guests can easily leave their cars behind and fully immerse themselves in the coastal lifestyle. Le Pradet is a charming seaside resort on the French Riviera’s Var coast, between Hyeres and Toulon. Stretching over 7km, it features wild coves and sandy beaches.

Main house: The main house features six spacious bedrooms, all air-conditioned, elegantly decorated and enjoying varied views of the garden, sea or surrounding hills.

La Garde Suite: A duplex suite, comfortable and quiet, ideal for those who prefer slight privacy while remaining at the heart of the estate. Living room and open kitchen on ground floor, bedroom upstairs with en-suite bathroom.

La Londe House: A duplex with Provençal charm, opening onto the olive grove. Indoor-outdoor living comes naturally here. Living room and open kitchen on ground floor, spacious bedroom upstairs.

Les Îles d’Or House: A single-level house, fully equipped, with two spacious bedrooms and living room opening onto the terrace. Perfect for a couple with children or two friendly couples.

Hyères House: Single level, with shaded terrace and view of the small wood. A simple and elegant cocoon, living room open to equipped kitchen.

Services included: Two housekeeping visits per week with towel change • Final end-of-stay cleaning • curated welcome basket upon arrival

To further enhance the experience – services upon request: Private chef • Massage therapists, yoga and Pilates instructors, tennis coaches, nutritionist •  Butler service €4,200 per week • Daily housekeeping €850 per week (in addition to the included services) • Guided coastal hikes departing directly from the estate • Cycling tours with bikes delivered to the property (two bicycles are already included) • Bali 4.2 catamaran. This catamaran can accommodate up to 25 guests, a capacity perfectly suited to groups staying at the property.
