Seaclusion Oasis
Seaclusion Oasis is what happens when two neighbouring oceanfront homes on Grace Bay are opened up to each other. Seaclusion, the larger of the pair, and Seascape, its five-bedroom neighbour, combine into a single gated estate of 14 bedrooms and some 17,300 square feet, sleeping up to 30 on one of the Caribbean's most celebrated beaches.
The main house carries nine bedrooms, including a bunk room for children, along with a games room, cinema, gym and spa hot tub. Next door, five king suites give a second family or group of friends a home of their own, with the gardens, pool and beach shared between them.
Days follow the shoreline. A path leads from the garden straight onto the pale sand of Grace Bay, and kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear wait for calm mornings on the reef-protected water. Back at the house, the infinity pool and its terraces extend the great room outdoors, with loungers set in the shallows and dining spaces under cover.
The estate is fully staffed. A butler, daily housekeeping, an American breakfast each morning and a private chef for the main meals mean that a gathering of 30 can feel unhurried, whether that means a long lunch by the pool or a celebration dinner as the sun drops into the bay.
