Sea Breeze Estate sits on 7.5 acres of tropical gardens on a private stretch of coastline in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, with ocean views and rare seclusion. Renovated in 2025, it blends traditional West Indies character with modern refinement.

Inside, vaulted ceilings, warm wood details and floor-to-ceiling windows draw the eye to the water, and the living and dining areas flow out to the gardens. An open-air pavilion with a bar, an outdoor kitchen and a dining area is made for entertaining, alongside a chef's kitchen and a separate guest kitchen.

Eight bedrooms, spread between the main house and a guest house, sleep up to 16 guests, each with its own bathroom and views of the ocean or gardens. The primary suite has both indoor and outdoor showers.
