Prince's Former Estate in Turks and Caicos

Situated on the secluded Turtle Tail peninsula of Providenciales Island in Turks and Caicos, this estate, formerly owned by the legendary Prince, has an air of exclusivity with a gated entrance, surrounded by a lush garden that slopes straight onto its own private beach.

It offers a resort-like experience with full-service staff, oceanfront access and the option to bring in celebrity chef Adrian Forte for special occasions. Meals can be enjoyed at over five al-fresco dining areas on the estate, including the villa’s two outdoor pools overlooking the ocean. The villa still retains the essence of Prince, consisting of two villas, spanning over 10,000 square-foot each on 8-acres of land, with 17 bedrooms total, offering it as an exclusive luxury experience with the feeling of a home away from home. On-property staff will be there to anticipate your needs throughout your trip and are always happy to accommodate your travel plans.

Amenities

The estate is equipped with all amenities to ensure every desire and whim can be catered for. Throughout the house there is AC, WiFi and hot water. Each room has its own individual AC unit, and comes with all the linens, bath towels and bathroom amenities you may need during your stay. In the main living areas of each villa there are portable Sonos surround-sound speakers.

Additionally, the estate also offers a private white sand beach, two outdoor pools, one of which is a three-tier infinity pool overlooking the ocean with a swim up bar and three built-in sun loungers. A full size tennis court with basketball net, life-size chess board, beachside entertainment platform with a standup bar, treehouse with bench style seating, oceanside lounge with fire pit, oceanside yoga platform, a gym, several outdoor showers, golf carts, a 200+ ft marina dock, and non-motorised water sports including: snorkeling, kayaks, paddleboard, beach sports, cornhole, along with children’s activities which include board games and child-appropriate toys.

Activities on the Property

The property offers a wide range of activities and experiences for guests to enjoy. Guests can take part in a variety of non-motorised water activities, including exploring the turquoise waters by clear kayak for optimal views of the surrounding scenery. With more than 10 snorkelling kits available, guests can discover some of the world’s best coral reefs right from the property’s beautiful white-sand beach. Paddleboards are also available for guests to enjoy on the water.

For those looking for activities on land, there are games suitable for all ages, including life-size chess, cornhole and a selection of board games. The property also features a full-size tennis court equipped with a basketball net.

The property provides a versatile event space suitable for large parties, celebrations and special milestones, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, incentive travel, corporate events and other special occasions and activities.

Guests can also enjoy more than five outdoor dining and entertainment spaces, whether they are looking for a romantic sunset cocktail or hosting a large dinner party. Prince’s Legacy

The US might have been Prince’s home, but the legendary rock star spent many nights in Turks and Caicos making it his second home. Many of the “Purple Rain” singer’s original artifacts remain throughout the house; look no further than the eccentric purple driveway he built, or the purple billiards table that was added within the villa. Prince had his touch everywhere.

Unknown to many, Prince, when hosting his guests, always gave them the best bedrooms, thus he designed his own bedroom, labeled “My Name is Prince” slightly off the main villa. This bedroom, unlike all the other bedrooms, has a dramatic vaulted ceiling with beautiful wood beams and its own private terrace.

Prince was known to watch the sunset everyday on the lookout on Iron Shore. We recommend guests take a walk there to enjoy the calm and serenity of the water. Additionally, Prince would host his pilot in one of the guest houses, now aptly named the “Little Red Corvette”.
