Layout: The villa is composed of two distinct units: the main residence and a separate guest-apartments unit. The main unit spans two levels. The ground level features the primary living room (with a closed patio), the main kitchen and a dedicated Chef’s Kitchen, an indoor dining area, a guest WC, and five double bedrooms—two master suites and three guest rooms, two of which are interconnected. This level also includes the indoor/outdoor gym and the massage room. On the lower level, the main unit hosts a spacious playroom with a fully equipped Home Cinema.
