One Beachlands is a brand-new beachfront villa on the Platinum Coast of Barbados, in the parish of St James, close to Holetown. Contemporary in design and finished with premium fittings, it makes the most of its setting with full-height windows framing the Caribbean Sea.
Arranged over two floors, the villa has six ocean-facing suites, each with air conditioning and its own bathroom, sleeping up to 12 guests. It suits families and those who love to entertain, with a wet bar, alfresco dining areas and smart home automation throughout.
Outside, a 75-foot infinity pool is flanked by two pavilions, set within landscaped gardens. A path leads from the garden straight to a secluded stretch of beach, where the calm water is perfect for snorkelling. For downtime there is a private gym and a home cinema.
A full staff, including a chef, butler, housekeeping, laundress and gardener, looks after the household, with a night security guard. The shops and restaurants of Holetown and Limegrove, the cafés of Chattel Village and the dining at Sandy Lane are all a short drive away.
