One&Only Mandarina Private Home No.53

Private Home No. 53 is one of the private residences of One&Only Mandarina, the clifftop resort that opened in 2020 on one of the last untouched stretches of beachfront rainforest on Mexico's Riviera Nayarit. Reached by a private road, it sits around 229 metres above the coast, with views over the mountains, the plains and the Pacific.

The home spreads across seven separate buildings, connected by indoor-outdoor living spaces among the trees. Around 1,500 square metres of interiors are joined by nearly 800 square metres of terraces and outdoor dining areas. An infinity pool faces the ocean, and there is a full-screen cinema, a fire pit and a barbecue for evenings outside.

Eight bedrooms sleep up to 22 guests, including up to six children, making the home ideal for multi-generational families. The master suite has its own private deck and jacuzzi.

A dedicated host and buggy service are part of the stay, along with a daily breakfast in the villa or at the resort, a daily in-villa chef and waiter for lunch or dinner, pre-dinner cocktails once per stay and an in-villa yoga session. A welcome selection of wines and spirits awaits on arrival, and a return airport transfer is included. Guests can also enjoy the resort's restaurants, beach club and kids' club.
