Nafsika Estate

Nafsika Estate sits on the edge of the caldera at Megalochori, one of Santorini's most charming and least crowded villages, on the island's western coast. From its terraces, the view stretches across the Aegean to the volcano, and the only sound is the sea far below.

The villa pairs classic Cycladic architecture with clean, minimalist design, its white walls and neutral tones framing the deep blue of the sea and sky. Around 350 square metres are spread over two levels, linked by indoor and outdoor staircases. Upstairs, the main living and dining spaces have large windows facing the pool and the view, and a second living room sits on the ground floor.

Five bedrooms sleep up to ten guests. The master suite is on the upper level, and four further bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with a rain shower.

Outside, a large pool is surrounded by terraces, with a poolside changing room and shower, and a barbecue area where the chef can prepare dinner under the stars. The setting also lends itself to intimate weddings. Chef and butler service, cooked-to-order breakfasts and housekeeping twice a day are included, along with transfers to the airport, the port and a private black-sand beach at Perivolos. Spa treatments in the villa and car hire can be arranged.
