With over 11,000 sq ft this Art Deco masterpiece offers many places to gather together or find a quiet corner to rest and relax. The home offers unique spaces including a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor bar and lounge areas, art gallery, movie theater, gym, multiple guest suites and two kitchens. It is located directly adjacent to the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa where you can take advantage of its world-class golf course, spa, and restaurants.

The space
Featured in dozens of publications including the Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Yahóo, Fox 5 San Diego, SF Gate, Houston Chronicle, Safari Magazine (Japan), CB2, and more, this house was designed by HGTV builder, Andrew White. He wanted to create a unique space and spent over a year collecting artwork, sculptures, Art Deco style furnishings and decor to create a specific look and feel to this home.

The property offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 12 baths comfortably accommodating overnight stays of up to 10 people (16 with additional fees). With two wings the house is ideal for large groups or corporate retreats.
