Set over four storeys, the majestic building was commissioned by the famous Ligurian entrepreneur, Attilio Odero, to be a lavish summer residence. It was designed in 1912 by the great Tuscan architect, Gino Coppedè, who is famed for his work in Liguria. It has been carefully and restored, maintaining all of its original and awe-inspiring facade, while the interiors have been masterfully elevated.

Available for exclusive use only, the villa comprises four suites in the main villa, plus a bedroom in the separate stone guesthouse, La Casetta, which also benefits from its own plunge pool. Guests can spread out in generous living spaces, a fully equipped terrace with bar for up to 30 people, a furnished rooftop terrace at the top of the Torretta (little tower), a private garden pool with sun loungers, a gym and outdoor fitness area. The interior design by Martin Brudnizki showcases Ligurian craftsmanship and heritage, including terracotta flooring, stylish rattan furniture and a carefully curated collection of art and antiques. Murano-glass chandeliers and fixtures grace the roofs and walls of the voluminous rooms, while rooftop frescos hand-painted by local artisans adorn the sun-lit spaces. All of the well-appointed bedrooms feature stunning views.
