Once a Jesuit residence, it preserves rare architectural gems such as an 18th-century colonnade and two underground oil mills, offering guests a haven of privacy and authenticity.

The main building, rich in Apulian character, hosts four refined rooms with private bathrooms, inviting lounges with fireplaces, a billiard room, a wine cellar, and panoramic terraces that open to the surrounding countryside. The former stables have been expertly restored to accommodate four king-size rooms, where the natural beauty of stone and wood enhances a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Set within the olive grove, two unique rooms celebrate the estate’s agricultural heritage. Among them, a charming suite features a fireplace and a bathroom created from a traditional stone oven. Nearby, glass-covered cisterns reveal views of the original oil mill, just steps from the wellness area complete with a gym and SPA.

The Masseria features four (4) refined rooms with private bathrooms, welcoming lounges with fireplaces, a billiard room, a wine cellar, and panoramic terraces that offer sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.

Beautifully restored, the Antiche Stalle offers four (4)  spacious king-size rooms with private bathrooms. Original stone and wood details have been thoughtfully preserved, celebrating the rural soul of the Masseria with a touch of understated sophistication.

Rooted in agricultural tradition, the Corpo Uliveto offers two (2) exclusive rooms, including a charming suite featuring a fireplace and a bathroom crafted from a former stone oven. It is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. Nearby, glass-covered cisterns reveal the ancient oil mill, just steps from the wellness area with a spa and gym.

Interiors:
The main hall, spacious and bright, opens on both sides: on one side to the central courtyard with the 16th-century church, on the other to the main garden with the swimming pool and relaxation areas.

The dining room, warmed by a large stone fireplace, invites conviviality, while a smaller sitting room, also overlooking the pool, houses a second fireplace, perfect for moments of relaxation. The kitchen, modern and functional, harmoniously integrates the design. The interior is completed by a TV room, a billiard room and an entrance hall with cloakroom. Two main entrances favour continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces of the Masseria.

Spa: 
In the heart of an ancient underground oil mill, the Masseria spa is a sanctuary of tranquillity and regeneration. The facility houses a Turkish bath, a heated natural stone jacuzzi, a massage room and a gym equipped with Technogym machines. Elegant changing rooms and showers complete the environment, designed to offer moments of absolute relaxation.

Pool:
Stone loungers and benches are set throughout, alternating with softer pockets of shade beneath an elegant bamboo gazebo. Discreet music drifts from an integrated sound system, lending a calm rhythm to sun-warmed, unhurried days.

Outdoors:
Amidst the centuries-old olive trees, orchards and Mediterranean vegetation, there are large manicured spaces, pergolas and reserved corners, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxed moments. The main garden houses a heated swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, ideal for relaxing between nature and the sky. A bamboo and wood gazebo accommodates a large table, while the barbecue area with wood-burning oven invites you to enjoy authentic outdoor culinary experiences. The central courtyard, intimate and quiet, is dominated by the presence of the 16th-century chapel, carved in local stone, which adds a touch of history and spirituality to the landscape.
