This villa is a majestic 16th-century palace rising above a bustling port on the Eo estuary in Asturias, northern Spain. Restored to its full beauty for deep comfort and privacy, the villa is available as a private rental for exclusive weddings, special events and unforgettable holidays.

The palace offers 11 spacious ensuite bedrooms spread over two floors including two majestic suites - Don Pelayo (100 sqm) and Reina Gaudiosa (70 sqm) - all decorated with an elegant flair that pairs the rich history of the building with stylish contemporary features.

Meticulously restored throughout, there's ample space for groups of friends and families to relax in graceful and quietly luxurious shared spaces which include two lounges, a TV room, a library, a bar, an orangery and a high-end kitchen, and outside a swimming pool and outdoor dining area and lounge.

Generously landscaped gardens with sea glimpses flow in a set of terraces bursting with plants, trees and flowers down towards the coast with private access to the port. Each area is as charming as the next for alfresco dining, sundowners and morning coffee. Guests can also enjoy the heated outdoor pool during their stay.

From the wild coast to the soaring mountains in the Picos de Europa, Asturias has a plethora of unique experiences which can be arranged for our guests through tours or with local experts: coast and countryside walks, surf lessons in Tapia, sailing boat trips, fishing village visits including dining experiences, cookery classes, cider tasting and many more.
