The magnificent Las Brisas estate is located beyond Puerto de Andratx with a unique view of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca. In the southern direction, the view is dominated by the Cape of the Cala Llamp, the Mediterranean Sea and the neighbouring island Ibiza, to the north by the mighty Tramontana Mountains.

Puerto de Andratx is located in the south west of Mallorca and has an international and glamorous audience. The romantic fishing port is embedded in an enchanting, Mediterranean landscape of mountains, green hills and steep rocky coasts. The location at the south west coast of the island offers a constantly mild and balanced climate.

The villa is situated on a hill and offers a unique sea view, south-west facing, with absolute peace and privacy. It is characterized not only by the size, grandeur and quality of construction of the highest standards, but also by the many extras such as one’s own spa, indoor pool, oversized garage with parking sensors, bodega, separate guest areas and the cinema and entertainment area. The Villa has a minimum rental of 4 weeks charged from €200,000 EUR (+10% VAT).
