M01

M01 is a striking architectural villa in the gated community of Vista Alegre at Es Cubells, on the quiet south-west coast of Ibiza. From its terraces, the view sweeps over the bay of Porroig to Formentera on the horizon.

The house extends across around 1,000 square metres of interiors on a 4,000-square-metre plot, with some 800 square metres of terraces. Over three levels, private spaces and shared gathering areas are carefully balanced: there is an open-plan living room, a professional kitchen, a gym, a belvedere and a sky bar for sunset drinks. Indoor dining seats 16 and outdoor dining 18.

Eight bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests, with 11 bathrooms and a separate staff room, making M01 well suited to large groups or two families travelling together. Two signature suites stand out: a secluded master domain with its own workspace, and a top-floor suite with sweeping sea views. Six further guest suites each have a safe and minibar.

Outside, there are two pools, including a lap pool, along with a private bar and barbecue area. Residents can reach the beach directly through the community. A house manager is the main point of contact, with daily housekeeping, an overnight security guard and on-call maintenance included. A chef, butler, driver and boat charter can be arranged, and the airport is about 15 minutes away.
