Beachfront Villas in Sardinia

Sardinia has some of the clearest water in the Mediterranean, and the Costa Smeralda, developed by the Aga Khan in the 1960s, remains one of Europe's most glamorous summer addresses. Its granite coves and Caribbean-coloured sea have made it the summer base of choice for yachts and families who prefer privacy.

Our villas here cover two very different stretches of the north-east coast. Around Porto Cervo, they sit on private peninsulas and coves near the beaches of Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and the Spiaggia del Principe, with Hotel Cala di Volpe and the evening scene at Phi Beach, above Baja Sardinia, close by. Further south, Capo Coda Cavallo looks out over the marine park around the island of Tavolara, with the white sand of Cala Brandinchi a short walk away. Several of our villas have private docks, perfect for exploring the La Maddalena archipelago by boat.

The best months are June and September. In August, the Costa Smeralda is at its busiest and most expensive.
