Beachfront Villas in Cap Ferrat

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is the most exclusive address on the French Riviera, a wooded peninsula of grand villas between Nice and Monaco that has drawn royalty, writers and financiers since King Leopold II of Belgium arrived in the 1890s.

Our seafront villas here are next to Plage Paloma, the small, sheltered cove on the east side of the peninsula, with its shingle beach, beach restaurant and clear water. The Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat and its Club Dauphin pool are close by, as is La Voile d'Or on the harbour. The coastal path around the point is one of the most beautiful walks in France, and the gardens of the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild are just up the road. Villefranche, Beaulieu, Monaco and Nice are all within easy reach.
