Los Leones

Los Leones is a contemporary estate in a quiet residential area of north Mallorca, between the bays of Alcúdia and Pollença, just a short walk from two sandy beaches. From the master suite's terrace, the view reaches the sea and the dramatic Formentor peninsula.

The estate is made up of a main house, outbuildings and a guesthouse, all set within private gardens and lawns. A large saltwater pool and jacuzzi are the focus of the garden, with a covered outdoor dining area and barbecue beside them and a second dining terrace next to the main house, so meals can follow the sun or the shade.

Inside, the design is calm and contemporary, with stone floors in the living spaces, oak floors in the bedrooms, light colours and custom-made furniture. Ten bedrooms, each with a spacious, modern bathroom, sleep up to 20 guests across the main house and guesthouse, making Los Leones a natural choice for large families and groups of friends. The attic on the first floor makes a wonderful play area for children.

The master suite has its own living room, a dressing room and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The medieval walls of Alcúdia's old town, the marinas of Puerto Pollença and Alcúdia and the beaches of the bay are all close by.
