Los Amigos

Los Amigos is a relaxed, Californian-style villa in the countryside near San Lorenzo, in the green heart of northern Ibiza. Built on a single level, it is designed for easy living, with walls of glass, green lawns and low seating areas that blur the line between inside and out.

The interiors were designed by the villa's French owner, who has combined polished concrete, Scandinavian wood and charcoal accents with natural textiles such as linen, wicker and rattan. The open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area centres on a long reclaimed-wood table, the natural gathering place for meals with family and friends.

Outside, a large pool sits beside a shaded deck, and an alfresco dining area with an outdoor kitchen is made for long lunches. There is a fully equipped gym for keeping up routines and a football pitch where children can run off their energy.

Bedrooms are split between the main house and a separate guesthouse, giving families or groups of friends a little independence, and the villa sleeps up to ten guests. Daily housekeeping is included, along with a chef who prepares one meal a day, six days a week, and additional staff, transfers and yacht hire can be arranged. The quiet north coast beaches and the village of Sant Joan are a short drive away.
