Les Gemeaux

Villa Les Gémeaux sits on the Cap Saint-Pierre peninsula within Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez, the gated estate that is one of the most prestigious addresses on the Riviera. It looks out over the Baie des Canoubiers, and residents share a private beach reserved for the estate. It is part of the Zannier Private Estates collection.

The villa is modern in design, with clean architectural lines and an easy flow between inside and out. On the main floor, a bright living room opens onto the gardens and terraces, alongside a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and one en-suite bedroom. The lower floor holds five more en-suite bedrooms, so the house sleeps up to 12 guests.

Outside, expansive sea-view gardens and a large lawn surround a generous swimming pool with a poolside bar, and there is a pétanque court, lounging terraces and a covered dining terrace for long summer evenings. Yoga and fitness equipment are on hand, and guests can use the six tennis courts of Les Parcs nearby.

Daily housekeeping is included, and wines can be pre-stocked on request. The old port of Saint-Tropez and the Place des Lices are just a few minutes away, and the beach clubs of Pampelonne a short drive further.
