Les Dauphins

Les Dauphins is a three-storey villa in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat that pairs Belle Époque architecture with every modern comfort. A semi-private path of around 100 metres leads to the Promenade Maurice Rouvier, the much-loved seaside walk between Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer, with its stairs down to the sea.

The villa extends across more than 500 square metres, with lifts for both guests and staff serving every level. At the top, a rooftop terrace looks out over the Riviera and the Mediterranean. On the main floor, a light-filled living room of around 150 square metres adjoins the dining room and opens to a heated pool, a poolside terrace and a covered dining area.

Six suites sleep up to 12 guests, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and its own bathroom. The master suite has a private lounge with a home cinema and a terrace over the sea. There is also a cinema room, a fully equipped gym and a self-contained 56-square-metre apartment for guests or staff.

A villa manager and housekeeper are included five days a week, and a fully staffed option adds a chef, a butler and a second housekeeper. The beach at Saint-Jean is about 300 metres away, the village harbour a five-minute walk, and Beaulieu around ten minutes on foot. Monaco is about 15 minutes by car and Nice airport around 30.
