Las Brisas

Las Brisas is a contemporary villa on the Pampelonne side of Saint-Tropez, with panoramic views out over the bay and one of the most famous beaches in the world. Built in 2020, it is finished to the highest standards, and its Mediterranean garden leads directly to the beach, with the celebrated beach clubs of Pampelonne about five minutes' walk away.

Around 650 square metres of living space are arranged mainly on the ground floor. An entrance hall opens to a dining room and a living room that flows onto a terrace, and the kitchen, with its own wine cellar, leads out to an outdoor dining terrace. Air conditioning runs throughout the house and its outdoor rooms.

Seven en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests. The large master suite, with a bath and shower, overlooks the pool and the sea, four double bedrooms each have their own shower room, and a separate outbuilding holds two further bedrooms. A self-contained staff level with three bedrooms, its own kitchen and living space keeps service discreet.

Outside, a heated infinity pool of more than 16 metres sits within the garden, and there is a tennis court, a gym, a sauna, a hammam and a massage room. The estate covers around 4,000 square metres and is secured with CCTV. Housekeeping, a butler, a chef and a concierge are included.
