Grenadine Hills Villa One

Grenadine Hills Villa One is a contemporary villa in colonial style, set high above Friendship Bay on Bequia with 180-degree views over the Southern Grenadines, from Petit Nevis and Isle à Quatre to Mustique. It is part of the Grenadine Hills collection of villas created by the Bequia Beach Hotel, the largest hotel on the island.

The villa extends across more than 7,000 square feet of interior space, furnished with pieces from Restoration Hardware, within a gated and secure private estate. Outside, a 35-foot infinity pool has a shallow area for children, and a dining gazebo, a lounge gazebo and a garden jacuzzi make the most of the view.

Six en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests, and the master suite has its own private entrance and study. There is also a gym suite, a wine cellar, a study, a breakfast room for eight and outdoor dining for 12.

A butler and housekeeping are included, along with breakfast, and a private chef, additional staff and boat hire can be arranged. Guests enjoy the beach at Friendship Bay below, with the restaurants and services of the Bequia Beach Hotel close at hand, and the harbour at Port Elizabeth is a short drive away.
