Grace Bay

This Grace Bay estate is a multi-generational family retreat on more than four acres in Leeward, at the quiet eastern end of Grace Bay on Providenciales. Its contemporary Caribbean architecture is designed for families who want to holiday together while each having space of their own.

At the heart of the main house is a great room with sweeping views over Grace Bay, where a cantilevered walnut staircase rises against a wall of native stone. There is a family games area with a big-screen television, and the kitchen and screened terrace open onto an oversized pool, a lap pool, a hot tub, a fire pit and a stone terrace.

The estate's eight bedrooms can be booked as five, six or eight, and an adjoining two-bedroom beach house can be added to make ten, sleeping up to 20 guests. The main house has four en-suite bedrooms, two with ocean views and two set up for children, plus an upstairs master suite with ocean views. A second master suite across the pool has an ocean-view double shower and a private bathing courtyard, and an elevated two-bedroom guesthouse has its own kitchen and living space.

For active days there is a floodlit all-weather tennis court, a half basketball court and a gym, and paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling gear are included. A private dock makes boat trips to the cays easy.
