Glamorous Beachfront House on Africa’s East Coast in Malindi, Kenya

One of the most glamorous houses on the East African Coast, a dramatic, luxurious, and expansive new private home set in three peaceful beachfront acres between Malindi and Watamu, on Kenya’s north coast. The villa features 9 air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms and a spectacular 40-metre elevated infinity pool. Cool, refined, secluded, versatile, and sophisticated accommodation.

The internal dining room has 14 seats at the table, which can be increased if necessary, while the main sitting room has space for 16 guests to relax. The second sitting room connects directly to the pool area and is a great space to unwind and enjoy the artistic photography lining the walls.

The third sitting area is equipped with a big smart TV, ideal for watching a movie, evening reading, or for guests who want to use a sitting room near one of the sleeping areas. The house’s furniture collection features pieces from around the world.

The veranda features breathtaking ocean views, shady sofas, plenty of stylish ornaments collected locally and breezy spaces to eat, drink, relax and socialise. A modern folding system of frameless glazing allows you to enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and the ocean at any time.

The upstairs Moroccan terrace has a spectacular ocean view and a large sitting area ideal for aperitifs and buffet dinners.

The villa features nine comfortable ensuite bedrooms with air-conditioning, all overlooking the Indian Ocean. Each room has its own privacy and a private terrace or garden, or direct access to the infinity pool. Each room of the villa is furnished with fine items from local artisans, Italian fabrics, Oriental carpets, and antiques from a collection from around the world.

INFINITY POOL & PRIVATE BEACH

A breathtaking 40-metre infinity pool overlooks the ocean and the perfect place to relax, have an aperitif with friends and family, organise a pool party and enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets.

The private white sandy beach is equipped with half a dozen tented gazebos and an exclusive dining area which can be used for bonfire dinners, beach parties, weddings and themed dinners.

Experiences

Staff at the property include a site manager and 10 other staff members (including two chefs) who will take care of guests with attention and discretion.

Several exclusive services are available including massage experiences with a professional masseuse, fitness or yoga sessions with personal trainers, 24-hour security service to make your stay safe and enjoyable, transfers to and from Malindi and Mombasa airports (on request and separately charged), entertainment and excursions to discover the area.

BEACH BBQ

A beachfront gazebo with table and chairs is available for you to enjoy your meals at the beach including beach barbeque and seafood grilling – with fish fresh from the sea.

Bonfire dinners – guests can enjoy an intimate bonfire night at the beach with soft music and beach parties for special occasions like birthdays and wedding anniversaries.
