Fincadelica San Lorenzo

Fincadelica San Lorenzo is a 300-year-old Ibizan farmstead on around 20 acres of countryside near Sant Llorenç de Balàfia, in the green heart of the island's north. Neglected for years, it was meticulously restored in 2021, and its historic stone tower, honey-coloured walls and Phoenician-style columns now frame one of Ibiza's most characterful country houses.

Inside, the mood is warm and earthy, with 1970s influences, tactile textures, mid-century furniture, contemporary art and antiques. Each of the nine en-suite bedrooms has been individually styled by designer Carmen Straatsma and opens onto its own terrace or private garden, and together they sleep up to 18 guests.

Wellbeing is at the heart of the estate. The tower is given over to massages and treatments, and there is a yoga and live-music platform, a sauna, an ice bath and a gym. A 13-metre saltwater pool is joined by a separate children's pool, and there is a padel court, a pétanque pitch and a play area. Evenings revolve around the serviced bar, the stone pizza oven, the sunken fire pit and a soundproofed cave with a cinema.

Biodynamic greenhouses supply the kitchen. Daily breakfast is included, with a breakfast chef, butler, live-in managers and housekeeping, and a private chef can be arranged. The beaches of the north coast, including Cala Xarraca, are a short drive away.
