Emerald Pavilion
Emerald Pavilion occupies a full acre of oceanfront on the Emerald Point peninsula in Leeward, at the quiet eastern end of Grace Bay Beach on Providenciales. It is one of the most private addresses on the island, with the calm turquoise water of the bay at the end of the garden.
The estate's signature is its beachfront pavilion, a 4,200-square-foot open-air space with a sunken fire pit for 20, made for long evenings by the sea. Beside it, a heated infinity-edge pool of some 1,600 square feet and an ocean-view jacuzzi look straight out over the water, and a private dock makes boat trips effortless.
The main house is light and open, with interiors by designer Paul Duesing that pair modern pieces with natural textures and vintage Balinese art. Glass doors slide back from the open-plan living space, and there is an air-conditioned dining room, a covered lounge, a media room, a chef's kitchen and a family kitchen. Seven en-suite bedrooms, five in the main house and two in a guest cottage, sleep up to 14 guests.
A chef, butler, housekeeper and groundsman look after the estate, with grocery shopping, welcome drinks and an in-villa yoga session included. There is a gym, kayaks and paddleboards, and floodlit tennis and pickleball courts are just across the road.
