Emerald Bay
Emerald Bay is a secluded beachfront retreat on Long Bay, the wide, reef-sheltered stretch of soft white sand on the south-east coast of Providenciales. It is quieter than Grace Bay, yet only minutes from its restaurants and the island's downtown.
A private road leads to the estate, and a stone path winds through landscaped gardens of palms, cacti, bougainvillea and a water feature to a minimalist house of natural wood and stone. The calm, shallow water off Long Bay is ideal for snorkelling, paddleboarding and kayaking straight from the villa's private beach.
The estate is made up of a main villa and two guest pavilions, a layout that suits families and friends who want to be together while keeping their own space. Seven bedrooms, each with indoor and outdoor showers, sleep up to 14 guests, and every room enjoys a view of the water. Across around 8,300 square feet of interiors, there are indoor and outdoor living and dining rooms, including a canopied dining area that opens to the breeze.
A heated pool, a gym and non-motorised watersports complete the picture. A chef, butler and housekeeping are included, along with VIP airport transfers, and the estate is fully gated and secure. Emerald Bay is also an eco-conscious, entirely non-smoking property.
