Elegant Venetian Style Villa Overlooking the Private Island of Skorpios in Lefkada, Greece

This testament to elegance was meticulously crafted in 2009 by Russian shipbroker Sergei Kauzov in loving memory of his wife, Christina Onassis. After their divorce Kauzov, who was still in love with his ex-wife, made the decision to build this house opposite her family’s private island, in order to feel still close to her.

Once a private retreat for the illustrious Onassis family, Skorpios adds a touch of mystique to the already enchanting landscape.

Built with respect to the Venetian style, this architectural masterpiece exudes timeless charm. The villa stands surrounded by an expansive 2,000 sqm green garden, a lush sanctuary that enhances the sense of tranquility and exclusivity.

The property seamlessly blends Venetian architecture with Byzantine design, creating an ambiance of distinction. The entire property has been constructed with high quality materials and based on the highest standards. Its luxurious facilities, including a sprawling private pool, pool house and terrace, spacious lawn, charming courtyard, and private parking all offer an elevated guest experience.

The perfect location for a yoga retreat. The villa is designed to create a serene and calming environment, perfect for practicing yoga and meditation. The spacious living areas and bedrooms provide ample space for guests to relax and unwind. There’s also a large outdoor area with a swimming pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip after a yoga session.

We can provide a beautiful and peaceful environment for yoga and wellness practices, with customized packages for your group. Yoga Shala with panoramic views of the infinite Ionian Sea, Meganissi and the famous Skorpios island to enjoy while meditating and practicing. Full yoga equipment is provided, while fresh food made with organic products and vegetables according to your dietary preferences can be organised.

Packages vary depending on the needs and preferences of each group. Create your own program with the help of one of our team members, including the number of meals (breakfast, half board, or full board). You can also include activities on the island such as excursions, boat tours, etc. with an additional charge for each participant.

The equipment includes: Yoga mats, Blankets, Belts, Elastic bands, Yoga Pillows, Yoga blocks. Additionally, we can provide Tibetan singing bowls, candles, music, and aromatic sticks.
