Dune House
Dune House sits among the sand dunes of Long Bay Beach on Providenciales, a wide, quiet stretch of white sand on the island's south-east coast whose steady breezes and shallow water have made it a favourite with kitesurfers. Designed by the acclaimed practice Blee Halligan, it blends contemporary architecture with Belgian and Scandinavian influences and natural materials such as native stone and local wood.
The villa stands on a gated 1.1-acre plot with around 80 feet of beach frontage. A heated main pool is joined by a heated dipping pool beside a whisky bar, and two beachside fire pits set the scene for evenings under the stars. There is a pickleball court, a floating ocean lounge, paddleboards and bicycles, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the house to the sea breeze.
Eight en-suite bedrooms are spread between the main house, two guest casitas, two family bunk suites and a standalone suite with its own kitchenette, so every family or couple has a space of its own. The villa sleeps up to 16 adults, with room for children in the bunk suites.
A full-time chef, villa host and housekeeper look after the household, with daily concierge and pre-arrival grocery shopping. Solar power with battery storage makes Dune House as sustainable as it is relaxed, and Grace Bay's restaurants and golf course are a short drive away.
