Dikoarch
Villa Dikoarch stands on a promontory within an ancient olive grove on the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki, beside the clear water of Lagomandra beach. Every room looks out across the Aegean towards the island of Kelifos.
The villa is a study in contemporary design, with sliding walls of glass that dissolve the line between the interiors and the lush Mediterranean gardens. Its centrepiece is a 120-square-metre infinity pool facing the sea, with a jacuzzi and an outdoor lounge with a fireplace nearby. Above it all, a roof terrace with daybeds offers 360-degree views of the sea and the forest.
Five bedrooms sleep up to ten guests, spread between two buildings and an independent apartment, so families and friends can share the villa while keeping their own space. Below the main house, a wellness level holds a spa with a sauna and hammam, a gym and a cinema room, and there is an outdoor cinema for summer nights.
A short path leads to the villa's private beach, with kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear, and in July and August a small motorboat is included for exploring the coast. Daily concierge, housekeeping and airport transfers from Thessaloniki are part of the stay, and a chef, massages and yacht charter can be arranged. The villages of Neos Marmaras and Nikiti are about 15 minutes away.
