Arranged across three floors, the property offers approximately 500 m² of living space and accommodates up to 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms, with a total of nine bathrooms. Generous indoor living areas are complemented by multiple terraces, elegant outdoor seating, and a full range of wellness and leisure facilities.

Floor 1 –
The villa opens into a welcoming entrance hall leading to a spacious living lounge and a dedicated television area. At the centre of this level is an open-plan kitchen and dining space for 12 guests, supported by a fully equipped kitchen and a wine cellar stocked with a selection of French wines. This floor also features a guest WC, a fireplace, and large terraces with outdoor dining and lounge areas designed for relaxed entertaining. One bedroom is located on this level, furnished with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and WC.

Floor 0 –
This level is dedicated to leisure and practical amenities. It includes a private garage for two cars and access to the outdoor gated semi-heated swimming pool. The adjacent pool house features a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC. Inside, the wellness area offers a spa with sauna and a heated indoor swimming pool, along with an additional bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a fully equipped fitness room with Technogym machines, a cinema room, and a laundry room.

Floor 2 –
The upper floor is devoted to the main sleeping accommodation. The principal master suite features a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a dressing room, sea views, and access to a large sea-view terrace furnished with high-end outdoor furniture. Its en-suite bathroom includes a bath, shower, double basins, and WC. Four additional bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm), each with wardrobes or dressing areas, sea views, and private balconies furnished to a high standard, along with en-suite bathrooms with shower, basin, and WC. A second master bedroom completes the floor, also with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), dressing room, sea views, access to a private terrace and large balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and WC.

Outdoor Area
The gated and secure grounds are centred around a semi-heated infinity mirror pool (approximately 12.5 m × 4 m) with a safety barrier, designed for year-round enjoyment. Surrounding terraces are furnished with high-end outdoor furniture and sun loungers, and a barbecue area is provided for al fresco dining. Parking is available both covered and uncovered, with space for two cars in each area.
