At the centre of this level is an open-plan kitchen and dining space for 12 guests, supported by a fully equipped kitchen and a wine cellar stocked with a selection of French wines. This floor also features a guest WC, a fireplace, and large terraces with outdoor dining and lounge areas designed for relaxed entertaining. One bedroom is located on this level, furnished with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and WC.

Floor 0 –
This level is dedicated to leisure and practical amenities. It includes a private garage for two cars and access to the outdoor gated semi-heated swimming pool. The adjacent pool house features a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC. Inside, the wellness area offers a spa with sauna and a heated indoor swimming pool, along with an additional bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a fully equipped fitness room with Technogym machines, a cinema room, and a laundry room.

Floor 2 –
The upper floor is devoted to the main sleeping accommodation.
