Born from the meeting of Italian and Brazilian friends working in design and fashion, the casa brings together the excellence of these inspiring and lively countries.

The casa is located within the Altos de Trancoso condo which beautifully mixes the exclusivity of a large private and secure area with the proximity to the pulsating heart of Trancoso, the Unesco heritage square Quadrado (10 minutes walk) and the tropical beach (about 800 meters).

The Casa is made up of 3 structures, the main living area and two distinct sleeping areas. A spectacular house, immersed in a tropical garden with a breathless infinity pool looking at the tropical forest.

The open doors on the tropical garden, lead the sight toward the infinity pool, that elegantly faces the tropical forest. 

The open space living area is surprising in size and height, 250 square meters, ideal for welcoming guests and for becoming the ideal space for dining and relaxing.

Thanks to two wooden sliding doors, the kitchen can be transformed into a private area, guaranteeing privacy, since it could open up facing the bar that dominates the large living room.

The infinity pool made by unique little black stones (20 m x 4 m) is introduced by a deck in antique wood that overlooks the tropical landscape and is the lively heart of day life in the villa.

Every detail is very accurate: imposing wooden pillars support the veranda made completely of “biriba” (wooden flakes typical of the Bahia region) and mix perfectly with surfaces in resinated concrete evoking the atmosphere of Mykonos and Ibiza.

The casa has five suites for 10 guests. The sleeping area includes 1 master suite, 2 junior suites and 2 standard suites.
