Casa Di Legna

Casa di Legna is a contemporary villa near Porto-Vecchio in the south of Corsica, designed to celebrate the island's clear Mediterranean water. From almost every corner, the sea stretches to the horizon.

A sun-drenched terrace unfolds around the infinity pool, which is heated outside the peak summer months. Just below, a private pétanque court invites relaxed games, while a shaded outdoor lounge and an alfresco dining area beside the house set the scene for long lunches and candlelit dinners.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors wrap the open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, keeping the landscape ever-present. The mood is calm and refined, with soft neutral tones, natural textures, linen sofas and warm timber furniture. As evening falls, the doors close, the fireplace is lit and the house becomes a cosy retreat.

Six bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests. Each has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and its own private terrace with sea views.

Beaches can be reached on foot, and snorkelling gear is on hand to explore them. Housekeeping is included, and a chef, boat rental, childcare, paddleboards and electric bikes can all be arranged.
