Villa Canoubwest is a grand Mediterranean house in one of Saint-Tropez's most exclusive residential areas, set within 8,000 square metres of landscaped gardens and with direct access to the sea. Its rolling lawns are edged with palms, pines and bougainvillea, making it a perfect setting for garden parties and large family gatherings.

The terracotta-toned villa pairs traditional style with opulent finishes: gleaming marble, soft Italian stone, parquet floors, bespoke furniture and fine art. Spacious terraces and airy rooms look out across the azure water of the Baie des Canebiers, while an enclosed rear courtyard offers a more intimate corner. Six bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests, including a master suite with two bathrooms, and an integrated guest apartment adds flexibility.

A 20-metre heated infinity pool stretches across the garden. Just below lies the Plage des Canebiers, a quiet stretch of soft sand away from the crowds of Pampelonne, and there is space to moor a boat within sight of the villa.
