Can Xumeo

Can Xumeo sits among the cliffs, pines and ancient olive trees of Es Cubells, a quiet seaside enclave on the southern tip of Ibiza. The villa is built into the gentle curve of the hillside so that it blends into the landscape, its scale softened by the land around it.

The three-hectare estate feels like a working Mediterranean finca, with its own ancient well and traditional irrigation, an organic vegetable garden, a chicken coop, an orchard and rolling hills framed by carob trees. The centrepiece is a striking 25-metre swimming pool with uninterrupted views over the countryside.

Inside, a soft palette of whites, sand tones, natural oak and copper creates a serene, timeless mood, with marble, textured stone, handcrafted wood and Italian vintage furniture throughout. Eight en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests, each with its own terrace and indoor-outdoor bath. There is a chef's kitchen, a large living room, a 200-square-metre covered terrace, a gym and a padel court, and the pool and floors are heated, so the villa is just as inviting outside high summer.

A house manager, a private chef and a cleaning team are included, with breakfast and one other meal served daily. The coves of Cala Llentrisca, Cala d'Hort and Es Torrent are between five and fifteen minutes away.
