Can Rocas
Can Rocas is the Ibiza home of one of the island's best-known DJs, and it captures the side of Ibiza that regulars love most: peaceful, green and full of character, yet close to everything. The house has been lovingly restored and brought up to date while keeping the charm of a traditional Ibizan home.
It sits among natural pine woods, tropical gardens and an organic orchard, with a lawn running down to a large swimming pool. Shaded chill-out areas, pool beds and an outdoor living room make it easy to spend whole days outside, while the bright living room inside opens straight onto the terrace.
Five spacious, light-filled bedrooms sleep up to ten guests. For downtime there is a gym and a home cinema, and a Sonos system carries music throughout the house. Two housekeepers are on hand on weekdays, and a private chef, driver and airport transfers can be arranged.
The location is a real strength. The beaches of Las Salinas, one of the island's most famous stretches of sand, are about ten minutes away, as is the airport, while Ibiza Town and the island's best-known clubs are only a few kilometres up the road.
