Can Nemo

Can Nemo is one of Ibiza's most celebrated super villas: a masterpiece of contemporary design set in lush, sprawling gardens in Cap Martinet. From its terraces the views sweep across the sea to Formentera and the walled old town of Dalt Vila, and the sea itself is only a few hundred metres away.

Arriving through an elegant courtyard, the first impression is of space and light. Living rooms are flooded with sun and furnished with fine fabrics and artwork, and smart-home technology controls lighting and mood throughout. Bedroom suites sleep up to 16 guests, each with its own air conditioning and extra-large beds, and there is a separate staff apartment.

The estate is designed for both entertaining and wellbeing. Indoor and outdoor dining areas seat up to 22, with a pizza oven, two bars and a 16-metre pool that can be heated or cooled. There is a padel court, a gym with a Pilates reformer, a hammam, a Finnish sauna, a cold plunge pool, a jacuzzi, a yoga deck and a cinema room.

A core team of five, including a house manager and an experienced chef, looks after the villa, and vehicles are provided for guests. Ibiza Town and the island's best restaurants and beaches are all close by.
