Cabuya enjoys an exceptional beachfront position within Blue Cay Estate, a secure gated community on the north-eastern tip of Providenciales. Palm-lined lawns run down to white sand and clear blue water, while nearby mangroves are alive with birdlife.

The villa is designed to make the most of its setting. A heated infinity pool faces the sea, wrapped by a sundeck lined with loungers, and a gourmet kitchen opens onto a shaded outdoor dining area. In the evening, everyone gathers around the firepit to toast the day.

Six bedrooms accommodate ten adults and four children, with a bunk room for younger guests and a separate guest house with its own kitchenette. The principal suite has ocean views, a private balcony and an outdoor shower, and several bathrooms have alfresco rain showers.

A private chef, villa host and housekeeper look after the household. Cabuya also has its own dock, so a boat can collect you for a day on a deserted beach, and there are kayaks and paddleboards for exploring the mangroves. Wellness experiences such as sunrise yoga on the lawn, beach bootcamp sessions and guided night kayaking can all be arranged, and there is a media room and a Peloton for rainy days.
