Blue Oasis

Blue Oasis is a modern oceanfront estate within Cap Cana, the gated community on the south-eastern tip of the Dominican Republic known for its calm, clear water, coral reefs and white-sand beaches. Behind a line of palms, the villa opens onto a private beach of its own.

The house makes an entrance. A soaring foyer with a sculptural spiral staircase and a statement chandelier leads to two wings: one with a lounge and wet bar, the other with a large living room arranged around a white marble piano. A dining table seats 24, so even the largest family gatherings fit around one table.

Outside, the gentle Caribbean breeze moves through covered terraces with wooden ceilings, and a tiered pool and hot tub look straight out to sea. Upstairs, eight en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests, with the main suites enjoying ocean views from their balconies.

A butler, chef and housekeeping team are included, with the chef preparing three meals a day plus snacks. Transfers from Punta Cana International Airport and concierge service are also part of the stay, and childcare, massages and yacht charter can be arranged.
