Bella Luna
Villa Bella Luna was designed by the celebrated New York architect Robert A.M. Stern, and it is one of the most distinguished seafront houses on Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Set beneath a canopy of umbrella pines in one of the peninsula's most exclusive corners, it has its own strictly private access to the Mediterranean.
The house rises over three floors, with an open plan that brings sea views into every level. Interiors combine classical elegance with every modern comfort, and they open onto around 4,000 square metres of landscaped gardens and terraces edged with lavender and lawn. From there, a path leads past the 24-metre heated swimming pool and down to the water.
Six en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests, and separate quarters on the lower level can house personal staff. That level is also home to a well-stocked wine cellar, a spa with a hammam and fitness room, and a private cinema. The villa can be taken with a villa manager and housekeeper, or fully staffed with a chef and butler.
The Royal Riviera's private beach is a two-minute walk away, and the Promenade Maurice Rouvier leads along the shore to the harbour and casino at Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Monaco is around 15 minutes by car and Nice airport about 30.
