Arches Villa

Arches Villa sits on the gentle hillside above Soros, the most celebrated beach on Antiparos, with views across the Aegean to the neighbouring Cycladic islands of Paros, Schinousa, Iraklia and Ios. It is an architectural retreat built around a simple, rare idea: two families or groups of friends can holiday together while each has a home of its own.

The estate is made up of two fully independent residences, one above the other. Each has its own entrance, open-plan living room, kitchen and terraces, and each has its own infinity pool facing the sea. Together they offer eight en-suite bedrooms for up to 16 guests. Shaded pergolas with timber-beamed ceilings frame outdoor kitchens and long dining tables, made for lingering lunches and evenings under the stars.

A live-in housekeeper looks after the estate from a separate building on the grounds, and a chef can be arranged.

Soros Beach, with its clear turquoise water and relaxed beach bar, is a ten-minute walk away, and traditional tavernas sit a little further along the coast. Antiparos Town, with its boutiques, restaurants and lively evenings, is about 15 minutes by car.
