Antoan's Villa sits right on the water in Zaton, a peaceful bay just along the coast from Dubrovnik where stone cottages, fishing boats and waterfront restaurants line the shore. It offers the calm of village life with the walls of the Old City only a short drive away.
The villa is contemporary in spirit, with clean lines and walls of glass that keep the Adriatic in view from almost every room. The open-plan kitchen flows into generous living and dining spaces, and all five bedrooms have their own bathroom and private balcony looking out to sea, sleeping up to ten guests in comfort.
Outside, the terrace is designed for long summer days: a heated infinity pool that can also be covered, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and a summer kitchen with a barbecue. Steps lead down to private sea access for a morning swim, and a Finnish sauna and a lift add to the sense of ease. The villa is gated and fully private, with daily housekeeping and a concierge on hand, and a chef, butler or boat charter can be arranged.
Seafood restaurants and a public beach are just steps away, and Dubrovnik Airport is around 25 kilometres from the villa.
