Adriatic Jewel Estate

Adriatic Jewel Estate brings together four villas on five hectares of private island land just off the coast near Dubrovnik. Surrounded by clear Adriatic water and fragrant Mediterranean planting, it offers the seclusion of island life with one of Europe's most beautiful walled cities a short boat ride away.

Each of the four villas has its own character, and fittingly each is named after one of the Adriatic's winds: Levant, Ostro, Maestral and Bura. A modern hilltop villa enjoys sweeping views across the sea, a historic villa sits right on the waterfront, and two newly built contemporary villas complete the estate. The three waterfront houses connect to one another, creating generous shared living space while still allowing everyone their own retreat. In total there are nine en-suite bedrooms for up to 18 guests.

The estate is designed for large groups who want everything on site: indoor and outdoor pools, direct sea access, tennis and football pitches, a bar, wine cellars, spa and massage rooms and a private cinema. A full team, including a chef, butlers and a property manager, looks after every detail.

Arrival is part of the experience, with a car transfer and a scenic boat crossing from Dubrovnik, or a short helicopter flight straight to the estate.
