The quiet and secluded location provides an ideal luxury hideaway. It is just a mile north of Holetown’s golf courses, polo, luxury shopping, restaurants and other popular attractions.

The villa offers guests a truly unique experience. It comes with a full team of staff including a Michelin star chef to cater for your every desire. The rate also includes all meals, snacks and beverages. As well as quality house wines & champagne and a fully-stocked bar. The only additional expenditure is for any off site activities or any spa treatments arranged. To further enhance your luxury villa experience guests may enjoy the use of a ‘Vespa’ a Vanquish VQ54 boat with skipper along with 2wo chauffeured Audi Q7s.

The unique designed garden leads to the sea and has walkways that simulate floating over lily ponds with LED lighting throughout. The crystal finish swimming pool also boasts LED lighting with views out to the glistening Caribbean Sea. The swimming pool features a built-in dining table – perfect for entertaining guests on a warm Caribbean evening.  There is a modern open plan living area complete with a bar and barman to mix your favourite cocktail, grand piano and pool table – even the powder room downstairs will take your breath away, it is filled with various impressive artwork.

The bedrooms are exquisitely designed – 6 bedrooms located in the main house – 5 are located on the upper level and 1 is located on the lower level.  5 upper level bedrooms 3 boast glorious ocean views with the remaining 2 featuring relaxing garden views. Two of the upper level ocean view suites have the ability to inter-connect, and they share an expansive balcony.

Separate Ancillary House – 3 additional bedrooms in 2 self-contained apartments (1 x 2 beds and 1 x 1 bedroom) – ideal for families when staying together in a large group. These luxury apartments have spacious living areas with sofa bed if needed, kitchen, wine room and there is a security room with 2 x 24 hour guards on duty overlooking the house.

Outdoors there is a delightful 60ft swimming pool with the in-pool dining, a beachside pavilion to relax and watch the sun go by, several areas with day-bed to retreat to and gated access leading directly to the beach where sunbeds can be set as required.
